When Will I Receive My Mailer
Want to receive next month’s Oui Chef mailer? Simply join us by the 20th! Subscriptions received after the 20th will begin the following month.
Once it has been sent, U.S. deliveries usually arrive within 3–8 business days.
International deliveries typically arrive within 2–6 weeks, depending on destination and customs.
Occasionally, a letter finds its way back to us. We will resend it at the end of the month. If a mailer goes missing we will contact USPS on your behalf. If we are unable to resolve the issue we will refund you for the month.
